For maintenance, we are familiar with Entities in Charge of Maintenance (ECM) and offer our experience in your project or as advisors. Currently, ECM is only relevant for freight wagons and maintenance workshops. ECM sets out a certification process that ensures a transparent and structured management system for all workshops and will help to reduce the burden and duplication of controls and/or audits across the rail sector.
We have been working with the European regulation for risk assessment CSM-RA (Common Safety Methods for Risk evaluation and Assessment) since its introduction in Denmark. We have used CSM-RA in change management, approval processes for both large and small projects, and as assessors (AsBo) for the CSM process.
We have well-proven processes for getting through a risk assessment, from the design phase of the project to the operational experience. We have methods for both business development, organizational changes or technical changes. This is also the case in optimizing e.g. maintenance systems or safety management systems. CSM-RA is not used in all kind of tasks, however, the principles are very helpful.
We also use other Common Safety Methods and Danish regulations. For the moment, this could be for monitoring, safety management system requirements, supervision, and common safety targets.

We are certified as facilitator in LEGO® Serious Play® methodology at Hotel LEGOLAND® in Billund. We use the methods especially in relation to kick off workshops for projects and for facilitating strategy development.
The method also constitutes a beneficial tool that allows for you to effectively get overview and status of your project. Through metaphors all participants have a voice, and the strategy for even complex projects can be made very simple without losing the goal.
Sessions where the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology is used have a duration from 6 hours to 3 days depending on the expected details in output. The optimal group of participants is from 6 to 8 individuals, but it may variate. It is possible to have more than one group in one session
